Careers
We are a small firm where senior people do the work, which shapes both what it is like here and who it suits.
What this place actually is
There is no bench and no pyramid. Consultants here are on client work, and the person who scoped an engagement delivers it — which means more autonomy than a large firm and less cover than one. If your last role involved a partner selling something and a team of ten delivering it, this is the opposite arrangement, and it suits some people and not others.
Our trainers consult. The person teaching ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer this week is implementing a management system the next, and we consider that non-negotiable — a full-time trainer runs out of current examples within a year.
We work across two entities and three languages, and engagements move between Europe and Africa. Most people here work with colleagues in another country every week.
What we look for
- Depth in something specific. Cloud and network engineering, security operations, AI architecture, data, or a management system standard you have actually implemented rather than studied.
- The habit of writing things down. Documentation is a deliverable on every engagement. People who regard it as an afterthought struggle here.
- Willingness to say the uncomfortable thing. We have ended engagements at discovery by recommending a client buy a product rather than build one. That only happens if the person in the room will say it.
- English, and French or Dutch. Most engagements need at least two.
Interns and early-career
We take interns and short-term contractors in Casablanca in cloud, cybersecurity and AI, and we are direct about what that is: supervised work, real engagements, and no client-facing analysis carried alone. The intent is to grow specialists rather than rent them, and several of the people who started that way are now delivering. If that is the stage you are at, say so — there is no advantage in presenting yourself as more senior than you are, and it is obvious within one conversation.
Associates
We engage independent associates for specialist work rather than carrying a large bench — AI governance, cloud architecture, data science. If you work that way and your discipline is one we place, we are interested in a conversation before we need you rather than during the week we do.
How to apply
There is not always an open role, and we would rather hear from the right person early than post a vacancy and wait. Send what you have done — not a covering letter about passion for innovation — to the contact form, with the discipline you work in and where you are based. We reply within one working day, including when the answer is that there is nothing now.
