    In-company and custom programmes

Programmes built around your policies, your systems and your regulatory context, delivered to your people at your site or online. The accredited tracks teach the standard; an in-company programme teaches the standard as it applies to you.

    Duration

Scoped per programme; most run between two days and six weeks

    Built on

    Who this is for

    • HR or L&D lead

Has a budget, a population to train, and no appetite for a generic catalogue.

    • CISO or CIO

Needs a specific team to close a specific gap, on their own systems.

    • Managing partner or owner

Wants the whole firm lifted rather than two people certified.

    • Quality or compliance manager

Has a management system nobody outside the quality team understands.

A public course teaches the standard. Your people have to apply it to this organisation.

Public certification courses are efficient and they are deliberately generic, because the person next to you works somewhere else. That is the right trade for an individual earning a credential. It is the wrong trade when a whole team needs to change how it works, because every hour spent on a fictional company in a slide is an hour not spent on the one that pays them.

An in-company programme changes the examples, not the standard. We read your policies, your risk register, your incident history and your architecture before the first session, and the worked exercises become yours: your suppliers, your systems, your regulatory position. The content still maps to the standard. The discussion is about Tuesday.

It also changes what happens in the room. People say things in front of colleagues that they will not say in a public course, and the useful outputs of an in-company session are frequently the disagreements — two departments discovering they have different understandings of who approves something. That is worth more than the certificate.

The commercial logic is simple above a certain headcount. Around six to eight participants an in-company cohort costs less than public seats, and the content is better. Below that, public seats are usually the honest recommendation, and we will say so.

What we will not do is dilute an accredited course. Where a programme includes a PECB certification track, the accredited courseware and examination are delivered as PECB requires — contextualised in discussion, not rewritten. Everything around it is yours to shape.

    How we do it

    1. 01

      Scoping

      1–2 weeks

Who needs to be able to do what, and by when. We separate the people who need a credential from the people who need to work differently, because those are different programmes and conflating them wastes both budgets.

    2. 02

      Preparation

      1–2 weeks

We read your policies, risk register, incident history and architecture, and build the exercises from them. This is the step that makes an in-company programme worth its premium, and it is the one most providers skip.

    3. 03

      Delivery

      per programme

On site, at our rooms in Amsterdam or Casablanca, or live online. English or French. Cohorts kept small enough that the trainer can see who is lost.

    4. 04

      Assessment

      within the programme

Accredited examination where a certification track is included; a practical assessment against your own material where it is not. Both produce a record.

    5. 05

      Evidence pack

      1 week after

Attendance, content, assessment and dates, by participant and by role — the artefacts a client questionnaire, an auditor or an insurer asks for.

    6. 06

      Review

      90 days

A short session with the sponsor on what changed in practice. If nothing changed, we would rather know and say so than sell the next cohort.

    What you receive

    • Programme design mapped to roles and to the obligation behind them
    • Exercises and case material built from your own policies and systems
    • Delivery in English or French, on site, in Amsterdam or Casablanca, or live online
    • Accredited examination where a certification track is included
    • Practical assessment against your own material where it is not
    • Participant workbooks and reference material they keep
    • Attendance, assessment and completion records by participant and role
    • Evidence pack suitable for client questionnaires and audits
    • Trainer access for questions arising from real work afterwards
    • Ninety-day review with the sponsor

    What we need from you

    • Your policies and, where they exist, your risk register and incident history. The programme is only as specific as what we are given.
    • A sponsor who will open the session. Attendance is materially better when someone senior says why it matters.
    • Honesty about the starting level. Pitching too high loses the room in the first hour and is difficult to recover.
    • Protected time. People half-attending between meetings learn almost nothing, and it is the most common reason a programme underperforms.

    What changes

    1. 01People can apply the standard to your organisation, not to an example in a slide.
    2. 02Cross-department disagreements surface in a room rather than in an audit.
    3. 03You hold an evidence pack rather than a set of attendance certificates.
    4. 04Above six to eight participants, it costs less than public seats and teaches more.
    5. 05The sponsor knows at ninety days whether anything actually changed.

    Questions

Can you deliver an accredited PECB course in-company?

Yes. The accredited courseware and the examination are delivered as PECB requires — we contextualise the discussion, we do not rewrite the material. The certification is identical to a public seat.

What is the minimum group size?

Commercially it starts making sense around six to eight participants. Below that we will usually recommend public seats and say why, because a small in-company cohort costs more and gains less.

    Which languages?

Sessions are facilitated in English or French. Accredited PECB courseware and examinations are in English, and that is not something any provider can vary.

Can you mix certification and literacy in one programme?

Yes, and it is often the right shape: a small group takes the accredited track while the wider population gets a role-differentiated literacy programme. One design, two objectives, and the budgets stop competing.

    What does it cost?

On request. In-company programmes are scoped individually against headcount, duration, location and whether an accredited certification is included. We quote the delivery and any examination fees separately, so you can see what is what.
