    Build your own programme

Take the modules you need from any track — security, AI, governance, service management, awareness — and assemble one programme with one schedule, one sponsor and one invoice.

    Duration

Assembled from modules; typically three days to six weeks

    Built on

    ISO/IEC 27001 · ISO/IEC 42001 · ISO/IEC 38500 · ISO/IEC 20000

    Who this is for

    • L&D manager

Has four different needs across three teams and does not want four suppliers.

    • CISO

Needs different depth for engineers, managers and the board.

    • COO

Is running a transformation and needs the capability to land with it.

    • Practice manager

Has a small firm where everyone needs a bit of everything.

Most organisations need a curriculum, not a course

The training conversation usually starts with a course title and should start with a population. Once you list who has to be able to do what, the answer is rarely one course: it is a short board session, a deeper management programme, a technical module for the people who build, and something practical for everyone else. Buying that as four separate courses from four catalogues produces four unrelated experiences and a scheduling problem.

Assembling it as one programme changes three things. The content stops repeating itself, because we design the sequence rather than stitching catalogue entries together. The vocabulary is consistent, so the board session and the engineering module use the same words for the same things. And there is a single schedule, which is usually what determines whether people actually attend.

The modules come from everything we deliver: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 38500 tracks, AI literacy by role, security awareness, service management, and the custom cloud and data programmes. Accredited certification modules keep their accredited form; everything else is shaped to you.

The design question we always ask first is what should not be in the programme. Curricula assembled by committee grow until nobody can attend all of it, and the discipline of cutting is most of what makes the schedule survivable.

    How we do it

    1. 01

      Population and outcome

      1 week

Who has to be able to do what, at what depth, by when. Grouped into cohorts by what they need rather than by where they sit in the org chart.

    2. 02

      Module selection

      3–5 days

The modules that serve each cohort, and explicitly those that do not. Overlaps removed rather than tolerated.

    3. 03

      Sequence and schedule

      3–5 days

The order that builds, and a calendar that fits around the work. This is the step that decides attendance.

    4. 04

      Contextualisation

      1–2 weeks

Non-accredited modules built around your material. Accredited modules delivered as the certification body requires.

    5. 05

      Delivery

      per programme

Across cohorts, in English or French, on site or online, with one point of contact throughout.

    6. 06

      Records and review

      after

One consolidated evidence pack across all cohorts, and a review with the sponsor at ninety days.

    Named artefacts

    What you receive

    • Curriculum design by cohort, with the exclusions stated
    • Module map showing what each group receives and why
    • One schedule across every cohort
    • Accredited modules delivered in their accredited form, with examinations
    • Contextualised modules built from your own material
    • Consolidated attendance and assessment records across the whole programme
    • One evidence pack and one invoice
    • Ninety-day review with the sponsor

    What we need from you

    • A list of the populations, not a list of course titles. We will get to the titles.
    • A realistic view of how many days each group can be released for.
    • Someone empowered to cut modules. Curricula grow unless a person is accountable for keeping them short.
    • Access to your material for the modules that will be contextualised.

    What changes

    1. 01One programme with one schedule instead of four procurement exercises.
    2. 02Consistent vocabulary from the board session to the technical module.
    3. 03No content delivered twice to the same people.
    4. 04A single evidence pack covering everyone who was trained.
    5. 05A schedule people can actually attend, which is the whole game.

    Questions

Can we combine accredited and non-accredited modules?

Yes, and most programmes do. The accredited modules keep their prescribed form and examination; everything around them is designed for you. They sit in one schedule and produce one set of records.

Can different cohorts run in different languages?

Yes. Sessions are facilitated in English or French, and it is common for an executive session to run in one and operational modules in the other. Accredited courseware and examinations are in English.

How far ahead do we need to plan?

Four to six weeks for most programmes; longer where an accredited examination has to be scheduled or where cohorts span several sites. The constraint is usually your calendar rather than ours.

    What does it cost?

On request. Priced by module, cohort size and delivery location, quoted as one programme with the examination fees shown separately.
