    Who it is for

    Managers and middle management responsible for a team's output.

    What you will be able to do

    1. 01Identify and rank the AI use cases with real return inside your own team.
    2. 02Use the everyday AI tools competently on managerial work.
    3. 03Lead adoption with your own people, including the resistance.
    4. 04Produce augmented deliverables from the first session.
    5. 05Steer AI performance with indicators you can report upwards.

    What is covered

    Session 1, fundamentals and a first deliverable

    How large language models work and where they fail, structured prompting, and a concrete deliverable produced in the session.

    Session 2, use cases and automation

    Mapping use cases across the team, no-code workflows, and automating one real task identified by the participants.

    Session 3, adoption and steering

    The team adoption plan, building AI KPIs, and a final presentation and commitment to the group.

    A team adoption plan, a set of AI KPIs, and at least one real task automated.

Classroom sessions held in the Netherlands are subject to 21% Dutch VAT for all attendees, regardless of the attendee's country — EU rules tax admission to an educational event where the event takes place.
