AI literacy for operational teams
Department by department, because what AI changes for a finance team and what it changes for a legal team are not the same thing. Every exercise is anchored in the participants' own daily work, and they leave with a prompt kit and workflows they can use the following day.

No exam
Accreditation
GSNA curriculum
Who it is for
Operational teams, HR, finance, sales, operations, legal and IT.

What you will be able to do
- 01Use AI in your daily tasks rather than in principle.
- 02Prompt in a way adapted to your own function.
- 03Produce work in less time without losing quality.
- 04Automate at least one repetitive task.
- 05Use the tools responsibly, including knowing when to verify the output.

Where AI sits in this function and what concretely changes in this role.

Other courses on this track
2 days
ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation
Two days on what ISO/IEC 42001 is and what an AI management system actually governs. The shortest route to a shared vocabulary across a group of people who currently mean different things when they say AI governance.
5 days
ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer
Five days on building and running an AI management system to ISO/IEC 42001, the first certifiable international standard for AI governance. Taught by a Senior Lead Implementer who is doing this work in live engagements, not reading the standard aloud.
5 days
ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor
Five days on auditing an AI management system, following ISO 19011 audit principles and ISO/IEC 17021-1. Auditing AI raises an evidence problem that does not arise in an ISMS audit, because a model's behaviour is not a document, and that problem is most of what this course is about.
